 Woodpecker Cottage is presented beautifully cleaned;
further cleaning during rental period can be arranged
(at tenants’ own cost)

A deposit of 50% of the rental cost is payable on booking and is non-refundable unless we can re-let the property. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance. The balance, to include the £150 breakages deposit, is due no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
