The Accommodation

The accommodation

The charming split-level living room (with comfortable
furniture, open fireplace, Sky TV, DVD & sound system)
leads, through oak framed French doors, onto the back terrace, with barbecue, dining out facilities and enclosed gardens beyond.

At the front, separated from the living room by an
oak-and-glass sound-proof internal window, is a delightful
study overlooking the secluded front garden, and
equipped with wireless broadband. This study can become a fifth bedroom if you bring one of the comfortable fold-out single beds down from upstairs.

The kitchen, which is open plan to the dining room, is fully equipped with underfloor heating, double sink, oven, hob, glass cooker hood, fridge, breadmaker etc.

A green glass-panelled door leads from the kitchen to a utility room containing freezer, dishwasher & oil-fired CH boiler.

There is a laundry area upstairs with washing machine and dryer.

A high chair and some baby equipment is provided, and there are enough plates and cutlery to give a substantial party!

There are two bathrooms – plus two separate toilets, each with feature wash-basins.

The ‘water babies’ Roman Bath (children think it is a ‘swimming pool’) is also a fantastic shower room

There are four bedrooms, beautifully set up with mainly natural-wood furniture, comfortable beds and charming bedding.

All have stunning views (the three back bedrooms look out over the valley towards Farnborough).

There are two double bedrooms (with hugely comfortable Queen sized beds) and two single bedrooms (each with two single beds - the second sliding out from under the main single bed and folding up to normal bed height). Each bedroom therefore sleeps two.

The master bedroom (in the attic, with en-suite bathroom) has its own TV/DVD.

A cot is available.

The enchanting back garden is fully enclosed and safe for children and animals.

Outside dining, and a barbecue, are set up on the back terrace.

There is parking for three cars beside the house.

Walks from the front door include one past llamas; another past a sheep-breeder, who lets children hold his spring lambs; another (half an hour through the woods) to the shops and pub in Beacon Hill Village.
